Raised Access Floor

Financial restraints frequently limit the pursuit of quality, and the result is all too often a compromise on the former. At PMG, we believe that cost does not have to imply a sacrifice in quality. With over 20 years of expertise, our primary business remains focused on industry-specific raised access floor solutions. And our strategic objective is the supply and installation of excellent quality raised access flooring within budgets; a formula that has become the driving force behind our continuous and sustainable growth.

Raised access floors are interchangeable modular floor panels that are supported on all four corners by an understructure system. They are often put on the concrete slab of a floor.

While the understructure system is typically bonded to the floor, the panels are detachable, enabling simple access to all electrical and mechanical services stored beneath the elevated access floor.

Raised floors were formerly solely utilized in data centers and computer rooms. Because of the rising use of advanced technology that necessitates good cable management, elevated floors have become popular as an effective cable management solution in commercial buildings, schools, labs, colleges, corporate offices, and so on. By identifying various applications, the PMG team will partner with you to create the finest raised access floor solutions for your industry.

Why PMG?

Accessible floor systems provide tremendous flexibility in how the workspace may be utilized and altered for both the user and the building owner. The ability to route and re-route services such as data and power provides a great deal of flexibility. PMG provides the following benefits:

Calcium Sulphate Tiles

Calcium Sulphate flooring panels have an inert, non-combustible calcium sulphate core, a factory bonded finish, a galvanized sheet steel bottom, and standard PVC edge banding. Calcium sulphate core panels provide excellent acoustic and fire resistance qualities. Calcium Sulphate is an excellent choice for wet areas, reception and lift lobbies, office areas, education and healthcare applications, and fire-sensitive locations.

Bare Finish Cementitious Tiles

Cement panels are made of a top steel sheet welded to a formed steel bottom fan that is filled inside with a light weight cementitious material and completely encased in a steel welded shell. Epoxy paint is used to preserve the steel shell against corrosion.

Because of its superior performance features as compared to a normal wood core or calcium silicate panel, cementitious tiles have become the preferred choice for architects, specifiers, and end users. Cementitious core products are less vulnerable to changes in humidity and temperature than wood core products. This aids in on-site installation programming and so provides more flexibility.

Cement Panels are offered in three distinct systems:

  • Built-in-Trunking System
  • Corner Lock System
  • Stringer System

Bare Finish Cementitious Tiles Main Features:

  • Fire proof
  • Widely used in computer rooms
  • Fast and accurate installation
  • Excellent anti-static performance
  • Can remove static electricity generated by servers while they are operating
  • The servers' stability will be maintained. As a result, the servers' lifespan will be extended.
  • The system is a "Lay In" system, which will substantially simplify plenum maintenance.
  • Because the corners are not fastened to the pedestal head, they are simple to remove and replace.
  • A special weather coating is applied to the rear side of the tiles for long-term protection.
  • The panel sizes are precisely regulated, ensuring that the panels may be interchanged freely.
  • The system may improve cabling in computer rooms by providing a straightforward wire arrangement and a variety of outlet boxes.
  • Eco-friendly

High Pressure Laminates (HPL) Finish Cementitious Tiles

Redecorating or making a floor covering for the raised floor in a data center or server room from scratch and static is not a task to be taken lightly, as there are several materials available today that may provide us with both advantages and drawbacks. As a result, before you begin, you should be extremely clear about the sort of project you want and how to achieve it, taking into account both the budget and the resistance and aesthetics that you want in the location.

It is used for a variety of applications and is ideal for the building of all forms of raised floors, including all steel raised floor panels, wood core panels, calcium sulfate panels, aluminum panels, and so on. HPL is the most popular finish found in data centers, communication closets, and other high traffic public venues, where a durable finish with minimal static generation is necessary, making it especially appropriate for covering elevated floor systems in these spaces. As a result, it is simple to install in data centers, server corridors, cleaning rooms, computer rooms, offices, hospitals, heavy traffic lounges, and raised floor in other industrial facilities...

HPL Raised Floors are an ideal solution for even the most demanding work environment.

Benefits of Raised Floor Covering with High Pressure Laminates (HPL)

This material offers several advantages for raised floor systems as a panel covering, independent of the application. We'll show you some of them down below.

Scratch and wear resistance

Despite its close similarity to its original material, wood, the production technique of high pressure laminates (HPL) allows it to increase its resistance since it is not affected by impacts, fractures, high temperatures, or time wear.

Material with no defects or imperfections in its finishes

Despite its beauty, one of the biggest drawbacks of wood is that the vast majority of items have inherent flaws or blemishes. On the contrary, these markings are fully eradicated with this sort of laminate, allowing them to have perfectly smooth surfaces in terms of texture and color.

Affordable price compared to wood

It is no secret that solid wood pieces are expensive, which is one of the main reasons why many people avoid using them in their renovation projects. In the case of high pressure laminates, the expenses are substantially more affordable, making it a great option for wood.

HPL is an easy cleaning material

It is a very basic substance in terms of hygiene. Even studies have been conducted to confirm that HPL can be exposed to acidic solutions without being harmed, such as lemon or Coca-Cola.

Possess anti-static properties

High pressure laminate (HPL) is a form of static control conductive floor finish that may minimize static charge in the room, making it ideal for locations with low static generation needs.
